Who we are and what we do with your data

COMPLIANCE STUDIO SARDEGNA S.R.L located a Sassari (07100) in Via Pasquale Paoli n. 40, P.IVA 0274747990907, external responsible (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”), protects the confidentiality of personal data of users (hereinafter also “data subjects”) of its website https://www.abinsula.com and guarantees the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of violation.
To this end, the Data Controller implements policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of the rights recognized by applicable legislation.

Deselecting and activating cookies

How

What are the rights of the interested parties (users)

The user, at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for the request, can:

The user must also be informed, within a reasonable period, when the period of suspension has been completed or the cause of the restriction of processing has ceased, and therefore the restriction itself revoked;

The Owner shall do so without delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receipt of your request. The deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Owner. In such cases, the Owner will inform you within one month of receipt of your request and inform you of the reasons for the extension.

Complaint

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you may submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority or to the authority that carries out its duties and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 has occurred.
