Who we are and what we do with your data

COMPLIANCE STUDIO SARDEGNA S.R.L located a Sassari (07100) in Via Pasquale Paoli n. 40, P.IVA 0274747990907, external responsible (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”), protects the confidentiality of personal data of users (hereinafter also “data subjects”) of its website and guarantees the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of violation.
To this end, the Data Controller implements policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of the rights recognized by applicable legislation.

How the Owner collects and processes user data

Twitter social widget. The widget, managed by Twitter, allows the user to interact with the social network through this site. Deselecting and activating cookies

By accessing the site and passing the initial banner containing the brief information, the user has given his or her express consent to the use of third-party cookies indicated above.

Data processing is carried out through computerized procedures by specially authorized and trained internal subjects. How long

The technical functionality cookies will be valid for the browsing session, while the timing for third party cookies will be set by them.

What are the rights of the interested parties (users)

The user, at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for the request, can:

  1. obtain confirmation of the treatment operated by the Owner;
  2. access personal data and know its origin (when the data are not obtained from you directly), the purposes and purposes of the processing, the data of the subjects to whom they are communicated, the period of retention of data or the criteria used to determine it;

The user must also be informed, within a reasonable period, when the period of suspension has been completed or the cause of the restriction of processing has ceased, and therefore the restriction itself revoked;
obtain personal data, if received or processed by the Data Controller with your consent and/or if their processing is carried out based on a contract and with automated tools, in electronic format also to transmit them to another data controller.

The Owner shall do so without delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receipt of your request. The deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Owner. In such cases, the Owner will inform you within one month of receipt of your request and inform you of the reasons for the extension.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you may submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority or to the authority that carries out its duties and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 has occurred.

Any update of this information notice will be communicated promptly and by appropriate means and you will also be informed if the Owner will process your data for purposes other than those referred to in this notice before proceeding and in time to give your consent if necessary.
